jamming at the fusing unit. only on double sided color copies. paper will bunch up and the entrance of fuser on second side. sometimes it will wrinkle horribly but make it through, other times it will stop the machine and it will be folded over in fuser.

Have the lead edge margins been changed in sim 402? Default for LEAD is 3.0. I had a 2520 that would jam only with bright color copies. Turned out the margin was too narrow.

have you checked the gears on the fuser and exit assembly it may be starting to get worn and gears are sliping
