Hi guys,

One C552 is printing weird lines of cyan. As shown in the attachment.

Things i have done.
1. Swap a PH unit
2. Swap a Relay board
3. Swap a PRCB
4. Swap a Cyan imaging unit
5. Swap a transfer belt unit

regardless the steps i have done, the demo print produces exactly same cyan lines same position same length.

44906

I am kinda loss at this moment.

I don't notice the lines UNTIL color is invoked.

have you checked the cyan drum/dev?

all those parts you swapped... from a used/loner machine?

how did you diagnose unit to determine trying those other parts?
what are the counts on imaging section parts?

replace mfp or memory

I guess this is my last resort.

all swap parts are used and confirmed in working conditions.
Diagnose was confirmed not from imaging unit as it looks more like data error.

and thank you so much for the effort to invoke the colour. :D:)

MFP board is the culprit. I have had problems with 552 series machines. If you continue using machine the problem will worsen with more lines. I'm already looking for a MFPB board for C552....
