FYI..for all you KM reps..If you are using CAC/PIV in a military environment and you start getting calls that scan to email or print has stopped working, there has been a mandentory move to PIV authentication. Older CAC/PIV authenticaiton was set to CAC. If they have been issued the new PIV cards this 2 min change in admin mode (from the control panel only) will take care of you. There also is a new CAC/PIV driver that may be needed if they are getting deleted to login errors. E
