Konica Minolta C454e - Meter count issue

Hi guys,

I am currently working on a C454e (was originally in a customers). We have had to swap out the machine due to it resetting the meter count on the machine, it seems to have also deleted the movie data. Is this a possible SSD board issue? I have performed a' Self Diagnostic Check' and the results are all OK apart from the SSD CHECK - PATTERN CHECK - NG

Machine is up to date with latest firmware.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.:confused:
