Account Track Counter. This option is gone !!

Excuse me, when my firmware is upgraded to A7PU0Y0-F000-G00-U8, I use C368's WEB connection to prepare to export Account Track Counter. This option is gone. Is there any other firmware that can solve this problem? Thank you!

Your version is too old.
Now we are at G00-X4. The last one is GC1-X4

Why not enable "External Memory Backup" in service mode then use the "External Memory Backup" in Administrator to save your settings to a USB thumb drive?

Could also use the latest version of Pagescope Data Administrator to backup the authentication settings.
