Has anyone else experienced the XX53 series machines grinding when the used waste toner bottle (black in color) is inserted into the waste toner slot? We had 2 machines in the same day do this. When we installed a WT8500 it works fine. Put the used toner bottle in a demo floor machine and it ground in that machine also. Doesn't matter if it is a TK-8529 or a TK-8527, both have started grinding.

there is a service bulletin for this issue. The used toner container (K) has some seal peel off issue.
