I have this Ricoh MP2553SP that comes up with error code SC554-00. I changed thermistors and heat roller but the problem persist. It does not allow me to access SP mode. I have tried several SP mode access codes still no luck. Once it displays the error code keypad freezes. I want to reset fuser please help.

Some things to try:

Power the 2553 on with the door open. If it is the code that is keeping you from entering SP mode, that should allow you to get in.
Check that service access is not turned off in User Tools.
If JAVA is installed and set to start up it can inhibit access to SP mode and most User Tools options until JAVA finishes loading. Normally 5 to 10 minutes.
Someone may have changed the SP access code. Try using the old three digit code twice, i.e. abcabc.
Last case scenario is to enter Factory SP and run SP 5810 from there.

I figured that was going to be the case. It's time to call your Ricoh tech, and please don't say that you are the Ricoh tech.
