Hello

Replace the Magenta toner than machine threw C-2551 error. Manual says it is "Abnormally low tonerdensity detected cyan TCR sensor". Pulled developer and it is coated with toner. Cleaned it and reinstall. Threw the same code again and developer full of toner. Help will be appreaciated

that model is like 8 or 9 years old.
how old are the consumables? if original just do a full PM, if more than 3 years old just do a PM.
12\2016 was the end of support for that model and OEM supplies i doubt will be made for much longer.
must be clearly off lease by now, maybe consider an upgrade before you put hundreds of dollars into a copysaurus rex.

belt less than six months. magenta imaging about a few years old. what is PM ?

Take Mag toner out and shake hard keeping horozional around 20 times, put back in and keep opening and closing front door and hopefully code will clear.
