Greetings.
Whenever I try to scan a document to smb or mai lI get an error on the machine screen. and when am at the web portal I have this error marked :


The dictionary is not installed.


can I get help please, dunno what to do !

You have the LK for searchable PDF added. Someone probably formatted the HDD and this deletes this dictionary data. You may have Searchable PDF as a default. turn this off, or have a tech come out and add the OCR data. E
