Utax 2506ci jam code 0511

Hi,

Anybody had any success in resolving this jam 0511 code issue on cassette 1

We have swapped primary feed units around, no luck.

Did the necessary as per bulletin TB-48B and the machine was working for a few days.

Did simulation 031, 032, 033 and tests were ok.

Firmware is the latest.

Reset machine 021 and 906 and no difference.

Anything that we overlooking?

sometimes the paper is badly cut and takes several sheets.

Cassette 2 works 100%.
We tried different paper with the same results.

on inspection the clutch looks Ok...maybe we replace it with a new one and see.
will get back to you on this.

I would recommend that you change the paper feed drive assby as a complete unit.
