Error starting KM8000

Hi dear all

When I try to star the km8000, the machine start but it stay in the principal screen and it get stock there, does somebody know wich could be the problem or somebody could help me?

Check by disconnecting the fax (if installed), the false connections with ardf, fuser, and lastly update the firmware
