Good afternoon to all.

Can someone help me get a C364 machine back with error C4801?

An apprentice in our laboratory did the wrong procedure and we are asked.

I've done several procedures:
Update;
Initialization;
SSD and HDD formatting;
Verification of DIPSW;

I really need help.

Thank you all.

Main unit PCB failure, MFP detects the simultaneous replacement of multiple cards.
Did you change controller board?

tulintron, you know code means the backup data is lost. You can try this:

If available, reinstall the "old" Printer control board (PRCB). After replacing the PRCB:

1. Install the latest base firmware.
2. Turn OFF the main power switch.
3. Disconnect the finisher or job separator if installed.
4. Turn ON the main power switch.
5. C-4802 code will appear. (C-4802 is normal operation when replacing the PRCB.)
6. Call the Service Mode to the screen and select Enhanced Security - Engine data backup.
7. Select Engine data reflect mode and press the Start key.
8. Select Yes and press the Start key again.
9. When OK is displayed, reboot the MFP.
10.Connect the finisher or job separator.
11. Turn ON the main power switch.

Yes, it was changed. PRCB, MFPB and SSD. That's why I'm here.

Yes, I went back to the boards. I installed initialization A145FW, latest firmware, SSD and HDD formatting, but I can't get to the C-4802. I am avoiding connecting the other C364 from where the plates were removed. I need to solve one and then think about the other.

I have a third C364 machine, but I don't want to think about putting it in the tests.

I'm not happy for you my friend.
Tell us present situation. Still stuck at c-4801 with original machine PRCB, MFPB and SSD back in itself?
This newbie created a big mess, I just may hope that someone here more experimentally oriented may came across your situation and know answer.

What I thought was to take each board and insert it in the third C364 I have and do the exchange procedure correctly, step by step.

If you manage to make the complete exchange at the end, I would return these boards to the defective machine and try to find error C-4802

But what catches me is to end up with 03 machines stopped.
02 machines stopped is how I am now.

Sounds like a good plan to me, but why don't use machine #2 for it? If #2 is down anyway you won't risk presumably working #3 for experiments.

Good morning everyone. I come to give you good news.

I got a third machine and did the correct
replacement of plates and managed to resurrect the other two machines C364.

Now I have 03 machines operating.

Thanks to everyone for the tips.
