I am getting the error code c-2801 on a Konica Bizhub C750 tcr sensor problam Does anyone know what this code means or know a solution to fix it? Thank you

It could be as simple as a dirty sensor, blocked sensor, bad sensor. How many copies? Have the drum and developer been changed?
