C258 for duplex printing first turns the paper

Hi,
(Sorry my English!)
We use C258 and 227 printers.
For duplex printing the printer rotate the paper, before print the first page. So the first page will be on the second page and the second page will be on first page. But the printer does it with only the first paper. What ever I print PDF, word etc. it happens.
We use numbered papers so it is big problem.
How can we change this setting or how we can solve this problem?

#1 ive noticed if the media type is letterhead it will flip the paper prior to printing, its stupid.
#2 why not use the copiers page numbering feature instead?

We use printed, numbered "security paper".
One session it's 16 page. We need rotate every eighth paper?
We need make ~5000 session. :(

Delete old printer driver and install it again. No WSD install, just add network printer and use bizhub IP address or download latest package from KM site and follow the instructions.
