Hi, what are the consumables in consideration?

How many pages did this C364e make? What is the toner container in? What about the development unit? It could have problems with the laser unit or anything else.

Give us more details.

good job

If only black is missing and you changed SD4 without success you may have problem with developing unit drive. Mark mag roller and check to see if it rotates.
If not drive gears may be stripped.

What colours are missing 1 or all?

If you stop the machine do you have any image in the transfer belt or image units?

Interesting, what is purpose of this test? Can you explain a bit more.

Thanks

Try to replace High Voltage Unit.

Yes both print and copies.

Does the machine display any warnings? type P9, P28 ... after testing.
If so, then probably the HV Unit is damaged

The machine checks the coverage on the transfer belt every 3 prints.
warnings give information if the cause is a laser.

Every single time i’ve seen this, and its been many - it was the HV board.

Ensure the new one is not also destroyed by ensuring there are no hv shorts.

Ie developer contaminated 2nd transfer roller, filthy belt internals, consumables in terrible condition.

I have able to figured out the fault with your tips.

I've swapped the high voltage board (HVB) from a working Konica Minolta C364e and the copier is printing okay now.

Thanks very much for all your kind assistance.

Appreciate y'all

Maybe this information will be useful to anyone.

You can try to fix the HV by replacing the components marked N38 with new ones.
They can be measured and checked as a fuse.

I've tested the continuity of the components and found out that its not the N38. Its the F103 which is faulty.

I'm going to replace it with a new one.

This would help save the cost for buying a new HV unit.

Thanks a lot.
