View Full Version : KMBH 3350 Screen calibrate

Its been a while , i have a bhC3350 screen is untouchable, i dont recall these having a screen calibrate section? I tried the proceedure for the C754 and as i thought it didnt work, the screen may just be gone, but iwanted to check with the masterminds first, thanks for any help, Im a ricoh tech with a KM client i recently picked up.

My experience with that model is if the screen is non-responsive then it's needs a control panel replacement.

could be hdd issue. also redo network(reset) this might help too
1. Turn machine OFF then turn it back ON while holding the Sub-Power button down until you see CE Password screen display.
2. Press the following keys with the CE password input screen being displayed in the following order:
Stop > Register Key 1 > Stop >Register Key 1 > Register Key 1 > Stop > Start

3. When the Calibration Screen appears wait for 30 seconds then turn main power switch OFF

Note:
1. Don not touch touch the screen during calibration.
2. If the calibration screen does not appear, install the latest FW from page scope as it is described in the next stepTo update firmware from Page Scope: On BH [4050/4750 or C3350/C3850/C3850FS]
1. Type MFP IP address on the web browser search bar.
2. Log in as an Administrator. Login_Admin_Pagescope.png. (http://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/media/Login_Admin_Pagescope.png).
3. Enter the default password 12345678. Default_Admin_Password.png. (http://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/media/Default_Admin_Password.png).
4. Click on Print tab. Print_Tab.png. (http://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/media/Print_Tab.png)
5. On the bottom of the left pan pane click on Direct Print.
6. Next to File click on Choose File and browse for the firmware xxxx.exe file then click open. Direct_Print_Choose_File.png. (http://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/media/Direct_Print_Choose_File.png).
7. After the file name appears next to Choose File click Send. Send_File.png. (http://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/media/Send_File.png).
8. On MFP display panel you should see the process of the firmware upgrade started

in my experiance, panel calibration is only when the touch is registered on wrong section of screen to that you pressed.

Id say its time to replace the screen.

When you say the touch screen calibration method of the C754 do u mean the one you do prior to updating firmware where the start button goes pink (blue and red)

If you've tried all the suggestions here & no luck.

Remove the panel disassemble clean all the contacts re-assemble & test i've had good success in doing this. It is time consuming buy for the effort if you don't want to spend $$$$ on a new panel assembly.
