Getting Error C-2650 in Develop Ineo+ 224

When turn on the printer it reboots 2 times and then getting error code C-2650

In Service Manual it says Main Back Up Media access error.

• The re-written data, which has been read out, checked and founded as error, is read out again and found as
error.
• The error was found when reading out the counter value.
• The main body detects that the EEPROM is not mounted.
Trouble isolation -
Relevant electrical parts • EEPROM/1
• EEPROM/2
• MFP board (MFPB)

mearmi, if your Develop crosses to bizhub C224 then FWs GA8-K5 and GB8-K5 are suposed to deal among other issues with that error.
Be careful to read attached info before attempting to update FW as there are many restrictions.

Thanks for your message. Tried updating the firmware (M1). But getting error Invalid Memory. Tried 3 usbs with the same error.

In Initialization. After clearing all Data : Machines works for 5-10 prints then reboots with the same error code.

Please advise

Tried but didn’t work. Display freezes at 2 bars

waited for about 30 minutes.

Re seated SSD , Changed the RAM. Updated the firmware. And finally Changed the SSD from Non e Version. But no luck.

Still same issue.


Any advice.

other than changing the MFPB as a last resort, run an engine data backup in service mode, backup the address book if allows and use the SSD reset tool following the explicit instructions so to not lose counter data and ensure a proper restore/recovery. (including entering the 2 digit machine type during the process)
