Olivetti d-color 2624 black dev unit running dry

Hi all, I have an olivetti d-color 2624 running dry. Ive replaced the development unit and drum unit. it would run fine for about a month then run dry again.
Ive noticed that the toner solenoid K is not energizing and adding toner. Did anyone have this issue on this model?
