Hello everyone. I have a problem with a c454. The Cyan has no density. When I took the developer unit out I see that it has horizontal lines across it. I replaced it with a new Cyan developer and it immediately did the same thing. Sounds to me like a bad hv unit. Does anyone have a second opinion?

Did you change the drum ? Are any consumables overlife? Like the tsbservice said there are many post about this issue.
