C500 with Finisher Problems FS-606

Need help with a C500 with an FS-606 finisher. The tray on the finisher stays all the up. It never goes down. I took out the motor to drop the tray all the way down and then powered up the machine. When the machine powered up it lifted the tray all the way back to the top again and it never moved after that when making copies.

Blown icp. Motor drove to the limit put did not activate the switch and overcurrent protection has probably blown.
