We did a initialization process (Service Mode> [System 1]> [Initialization]> [Clear All Data] or the clear item in [Clear Individual Data] ) for a c3351. After that created and installed self-signed certificate. But we no longer have the remote panel server settings tab...
Anyone know how to get it back ?
We can login to the cs remote care page with (default) CE password.
HDD Enabled? Firmware version?

Where can I find the information you need ?
I can see the Box option is missing so maybe HDD is disabled. How can I check and re-enable it ?
Is this the same procedure for c3351 ?
Turn on the machine's sub and main power
switches.
2. Press the “Utility/Counter” key.
3. On the [Utility/Counter] screen, touch
“Details” and press the keys in the following
order [Stop]+[0]+[0]+[Stop]+[0]+[1] to enter
[Service Mode].
4. Touch “System 2”.
5. Touch “Option”.
6. Select “Installed” of HDD and touch “OK”.
7. Turn OFF the Sub and Main power switches.

Found in service manual: HDD installation setting - default setting: [Installed]
So why would it be disabled...sigh:rolleyes:

HDD Enabled? Firmware version?
MFP Card Version A92E0Y0-F000-GC3-R9-970
Unfortunately you cannot activate this option remotely since you do not see the remote panel and server settings

Normally only SSL ON and CE password enforced are needed to see the Remote Panel settings. Not sure how a missing HDD might affect this, but let us know if this is why the feature went away. E

After Clear all data you should enable HDD in SM. Get someone on the machine to enable it and you may be good to go.

because...
We did a initialization process
that'll do it :)
also your "special" firmware is like 2 years old and not even base FW
please upgrade to A92E0Y0-F000-G00-X4 (latest regular FW) (https://cscsupportftp.mykonicaminolta.com/DownloadFile/Download.ashx?fileversionid=29590&productid=2021)

is CE password enabled, do you need to enter password to enter service mode?
pretty sure you cant setup remote panel without password protecting service mode
