Hello,
who has experience with the drivers for a Surface Laptop with SQ1 ARM64 processor? Windows 10 Pro. Need a driver for a C458.
No installation of the known drivers possible, not even the universal and universal V4. During the installation there is always a message that "This information has no information for this printer". Also no success through the trick back door. Neither in the manual nor the setup installation. For x86 and x64 drivers. Unfortunately I can not use any other with the activated authentication at the MFP. Need a Driver for ARM64.
Thanks in advance
Markus

try konicaminolta mobile print app.
tablet needs to be on the same subnet of the copier, the wired and wireless networks must bridge or be the same.
if you can open the copiers web page in the tablet browser there should be no issue using the app.

MarkusDON'T use the scripted installer!!! Just download the zipped file, expand into a designated folder of your choice and try to install via the old Skool method!!! Just make sure the driver 32 or 64 bitness matches the OS. If this doesn't work you should check to see if a Mopria printer plugin is available or perhaps setup IPP which I haven't had the privilege of setting up myself. Good Luck!!![emoji41][emoji1303]

You could also give the XPS driver a shot. This is more of a Microsoft flavored driver. E

i setup a super sketchy work around using KM Direct Print on a real PC and user would use a PDF printer and save doc to the watched folder then the real PC would detect it and print it. not my proudest moment but it was best i could do

Currently Konica Minolta does not have a specific printer driver supporting the ARM CPU platform on Windows 10. However, since Windows 10 natively supports generic printing via IPP and IPPS, you can use the embedded IPP generic print driver to print to bizhub MFPs that have IPP enabled and configured properly.

Prerequisite: Be sure IPP/IPPS is enabled and setup correctly on the MFP.

You can use basic printing functions on ARM PCs/Surface tablets via IPP/IPPS Printing - using the embedded IPP generic driver in the Win10 OS.

1. Click "Add a printer" in Devices and Printers.
2. Select a KM printer from searched printers and Click "Next" (Example: KONICAMINOLTA-bizhub-C308-A2-25-10).
3. IPP Class Driver for the above device will be automatically installed.

Update: I have now tested several drivers again, including the XPS, unfortunately it doesn't work. I have now installed the standard IPP driver and allowed printing for unknown users in the MFP.
This cancels the authentication count, but I have no other solution at the moment. The KM software specialist is on vacation, maybe there will be a better solution in a few weeks. First of all, thanks to everyone for your tips.

Hello,Who has any news about the driver problem in the meantime?
Would there be a difference if I swap the machine against e.g. C450i?
Who knows what ?greeting

No compatibility/no news with the specified processor.

Instead of spending thousands of euros for a new bizhub, I would spend a few hundred euros for a new PC.
Alternatively, use browser direct printing or Google Cloud print.
