Konica Minolta C554e Error Code-CF902

Hi guys,

I have this error code -CF902....and its something to do with the SIO receiving port...ENG
I've checked the MFP boards and all its cables are correctly plunged in.

Could you guys help give me some tips on this.

Just a bit of feedback regarding the error you and I had.

I did replace the PH, but with no luck. Eventually I replaced every single board in the machine still no resolution to my problem. I have used the C224 technical manual to look at a similar type of error and found that error with a bit more info regarding the error code.

It stated that there are a problem with the Temp/Humidity sensor. I have replaced the sensor, still no luck. I had a look at the circuit diagram and found that the 3.3V line to the sensor were dead.

We traced the line to the PRCB board and measured it on the board - DEAD. Eventually there were pinched wires in the Righthand door to the manual feed that caused a short and killed the 3.3V line.

Fixed the wires and the machine is running fine.

I have attached a pic for you to see.
