Looks like the black toner bottle is not being rotated by motor. Other three seem to turn just fine. Although all colors are washed out. Is this a huge job does anyone know?

What have you checked so far? Is it calling for toner, PM counts, output mode.

Not asking for toner but when I cheat the door and do a manual add toner you can obviously see the block bottle struggle to turn

Ok so the pump rotates the toner bottle on this unit? Is this a big job? Client needs to know cost vs replacement of machine

Not hard on spc430 its in the manual the mpc version is harder

Also if ONE pump goes we do all four as a set to future proof having to reattend and do the job again.

First time you do one I'd say about an hour and a half.

This model has a hopper & toner supply motor, this motor drives the bottle.

All 4 motors are the same you could swap the motor to confirm before you order new?

Although I have it already, it took a grand total of 5 seconds to find several (free) downloads for the SM, and another 5 for the PM.

You're as resourceful as ever....

Oh many times i've been stuck in the field for a part number etc most manuals you can Google & download for free.

Totally agree. Glad I'm not the only one who see it. I hate not to help fellow tech but it's just over me in this case.
