MX310dn firmware update issue

I'm having trouble updating firmware on the KM bizhub 3320 (Lexmar MX310 rebadged). The USB Flash utility won't open when the cable is plugged in. It appears in background processes of the task manager, but only opens once I unplug the USB cable, and then the printer list is blank.

I also tried using the network method, but the web interface doesn't come up. Could it be disabled somewhere?

Have you tried putting the device in Invalid engine mode (Hold 3+4+6 during bootup), and then accessing the EWS for the update?

Nope. Still nothing. I can ping it, but no EWS.
