Hi
Can't shift the padlock on the touch screen. Spent 5 hours on it, over 2 days. Customer has Papercut but this has been switched off. Web connection is possible and I have factory reset the device. I've ordered the controller board as run out of ideas. Not lexmark trained. Spoken to Lexmark engineers and called Lexmark UK support. No one appears to have had this or knows what to do?
