You need to go through the "setup procedure" on the copier to eliminate the colored lines. It needs to be done exactly listed in the manual, or it will not work.

You should be able to find the procedure in the service manual if I remember correctly. I don't have access to the manual at the moment, and the Konica website is still down, so I can't help you out there.

a clear case of the " lines of shame " go back through the installation procedures... FOLLOW IT STEP BY STEP not missing the procedure listed.

Please in future posts post in your native language and in English.. not everyone one here knows Spanish and aren't going to use a translator to view your posts.

Normally I'd throw the RED CARD but I have been chewed out for such actions .

These lines occur you you have not set the machine up from new.

Since this is an old machine it can't be new, have you done work on it?

install and setup machine again.

Don't forget to set the correct date/time while installing.

This happens due to device not runup properly. Press Stop>1>1>4>4>Clear on service mode and change the time/time zone and make sure to press apply at the bottom of the screen to fix this issue.
