Hi guys,
My copier C364e have been producing some unusual grinding sound when doing color printing.
With mono it has been printing fine without noise.
I have checked and cleaned the transfer belt and the cleaning blade, removed the drive unit and checked the gears and all seems fine, have replaced the color(ycm) motor,
have swapped drums and dev units from a working C364e, have checked and cleaned the hopper and also have checked and cleaned the waster toner box section (chute).
I'm confused and don't know what to do next:confused::mad:
