Hi guys, i have that line that comes out on the side of thesheet, sometimes it is cyan, sometimes magenta, I already changed drum/dev,of the 3 colors and nothing, any suggestion.

This is caused by the transfer unit.

Most likely the image & dev units were ok.

It is horizontally oriented, from Tray 1

no the rubber transfer belt not internal settings the mechanical component

If you take out the transfer unit there might be a small shard of paper of fluff stuck in the cleaning unit. Or the belt is just worn. I sometimes take apart the itb cleaning assembly and clean it out just in case anything has become lodged in there. And if you can clean and redust the blade with some powder lubricate or yellow toner. And after that run 15 pages of yellow halftone prints to lubricate the belt.
