Got called out for paper stuck in tray 1.
Removed the tray and the stuck paper but found that I can't print reports from tray1.
The option to change the setting for tray1 is greyed out. All others can change just fine.
Its on single sided only and A4 LEF even if I change it to SEF it does not change on the screen.
Check all related settings under user and admin settings.
Also initialized copy program data.
Occurred to me now that it could be the tray set sensor.
There was no other paper behind the trays.
