I send a file to print and the machine freezes and does not print, I change the file and if it works for me, I have another km c652ds I send the problem file and it works fine, but in the other kmc652ds it does not work and it freezes, format the hard drive, change it, change ram. format ssd. and follow the problem any suggestions

you never mentioned WHAT TYPE of file bombs....

are both machines equipped ABSOLUTELY the same ...

could it be one has PS abilities the other doesn't?

are you sure the network isn't the problem?

was that the first file in the print que?

to unknowingly start formatting/replacing parts is what we call "shotgunning" the problem... with out knowing ALL these details it is hard to give a reasonable guesstimate.

Should be printing via ip address 9100 raw on both machines

The 2 machines have the same drivers, in 1 if it prints the 16-page file and in the other not, only files of up to 5 pages, the 2 km are c652ds, I have the printer connected to the network directly to the pc to rule out that it is not network problem

great WHAT PORT are you using if it's a WSD port there are KNOWN problems.

what OPSYS win 10?

are they using PCL 5 because latest update from MS screws with PCL5 try PCL6

are they using WIN PC's or macs...

The printer is connected point-to-point with a telnet network cable. Print driver. PCL6. Windows 10 computer. Let me explain I am a certified canon technician. More than 7 years of experience.
