Konica Minolta Bizhub C352 no Power (not working)

Hi Everyone my Konica Minolta Bizhub C352 is not turning on and does not show any display but the main power light is green and start button light is orange and meter counter is ticking and goes up when turning on if any of you guys know anything about this issue please help me your help will be appreciated.

honestly being an end user this is WAY above your pay grade Best to hire a TRAINED tech to handle this problem.

This is not a simple fix looks like a failed MFPB.

The machine is so old I wouldn't even bother repairing it.

Sorry there there is no quick fix for you!

As you have made a clip of problem and it's friday...I'm in a good mood :cool:

1. Replace memory module(s).
2. Disconnect control panel from main board and power on machine. If machine powers on replace control panel.

this cat is an end user... the unit is old.. i'm sure he doesn't have: A service manual ... the skills to get the job done ... access to parts.

Glad to see you are willing to help ... but IMHO this is a lost cause.

For that counter to advance everytime you power on......something is probably shorting 24v dc to ground. If you are not a tech.....good luck finding what. Much older copier.....not really even worth the investment for you to call an expert.

I see you pulled off all the covers. Monstrous amount of caked up deep dust on all circuit boards and components and connectors. Even dust can certainly conduct electricity. Get an air compressor and at least blow the interior until all the connectors and boards are squeaky clean. Then power on and hope for a miracle. Beyond that.......got no other advice for you. Wishing you luck.

Once have similar problem and it was high resistance in sub power switch (right side of control panel).

i think sub power switch with panel is not turning on machine first check it with multi meter if it is ok then change nvm ram
