It jams when coming out of the fuser

1. Where does it jam?
2. Are you printing from same tray for B&W and color?
3. Are you using the same type of paper for both jobs?

I suspect you may be printing heavy color jobs and it's jamming in the fuser. You may want to increase the lead edge void.

It jams when coming out of the fuser

Ok great eliminates the paper tray. So the paper could be sticking to the roller.

Does the paper leading edge make it out of the machine?

what paper are you using for color jobs?

is it defined properly in the program you are printing from?

does the print driver match the device settings?


really need more info .. I appear to be the only 'tooth puller'

Am printing with plain A4 paper, it doesn't happen when am doing black and white copy. It only happens on color

Is the paper wrinkling up like an accordion?

I'd increase the lead edge void and go from there. You'll have to ask someone else how to do it. I'm not familar with this model.

No it jams at the fuser and also at the transfer roller
