Good night. I need your help. could not locate the ICP19 in the technical service manual.

There is no ICP installed in the pictures you posted so these boards are probably printed with the intention of being used for multiple purposes.

It is not in my manual either. The only conclusion I can make is that is does not exist (unless you took it off).

I do not recognize the board from the close-ups, what board is that anyways?

This is a bit backwards.

Machine faulty?
Is that ICP blown?
Trace it to the connector pin its attached to then find the connector pin number in the diagrams in the manual then check where that goes to.
Normally the 24V/12V/5V comes in to the print and the the ICP's are for protection on out going supply from there.

if the ICP is blowed them use a wire and make a bridge on the ICP for check.
