Hello, i have some sparrow machines with this problem:
When the device is in sleep mode, and apparently without any reasons, the FM3 fan runs for a 1 min stops a 1min and so on.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

At what FW version Sparrows are? Earlier i-series FWs are full of problems.

I confirm that I have had this problem. But with the printer turned off! Yes, you got it right. I turned off the main switch and the fan continues to run for 5-10 minutes. I usually resolve by unplugging for 10 seconds.

These printers keep a small voltage running through them even when powered off but still plugged in. There is a bulletin on Infohub something to do with quick start

Yes, I am aware of this. But I think this is strange. Usually it doesn't. When this happens it's because the printer freezes (goes offline, unknown jams, etc.)

As I understand it the fan starts when there is some network activity. I found the the fan starts more frequently after I activated AirPrint.

Has anyone of you already installed the modification for this?
There is a modified PWB for this...

We installed this for a customer and now we keep getting the error code 5372...
Firmware: GG3-E9
