    C-368, C-3201 code...(fuser)

OK, so when I got to the customer today, the machine was locked out in C-3201 code. I rebooted the machine and did a Trouble Reset, but right after initialization, the machine locked up again with the 3201 code.

Strangely, after I left, the customer called me back several hours later and told me that the machine just "started working again" and spit out a few pages, then went right back into code. I'm sure that it was just rebooting itself, but WHY??

    Any help appreciated!

I would start with unplug/plug in connector between Fusing motor and MFPB.

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

If you can help, there is a load check to check the status of the M3 engine.
      Check code: 45
      Multi code: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
