Hi, can anyone help me ?

I have a bizhub C5501 and the jamming error is just when duplexing.

I so that the A03U 8926 00 PAPER EXIT ROLLER /B is moving when is printing one side, but is not moving when duplexing and that is the reason that is throwing that jamming code ( the m54 motor is spining)
If i'm duplexing and i remove the paper from the exit with my hand the printer is working ok.

is there a dipsw switch that can be set may be ?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thank You !

I have found that on the some of the production machines it needs the finisher to pull the paper out of the exit section.

ok, it is possible, but why on single side it spits the paper out and when duplexing is not ?!?

You are going to have to get creative in getting the paper out of the machine.

Did it come with an output tray?

oh the memories...
check the one way gear in red circle, clean the gear with alcohol and scuff the shaft left to right where the gear rides (also in a red circle)
the needle bearings slip and dont keep pressure on the foam roller to completely push out the paper.

Thank you, i will try this, but is working just fine when not duplexing... when printing in duplex the foam roller is lowerd down and the paper just stay half outside and pop the jamming code.

once the side cover is off, watch the operation of the solid roller, that is the one that is supposed to turn, it drives the foam one.
forgot to mention, there is an annoying bracket and gear to remove to get to the clutch gear. dont get discouraged.
