Good day everyone. I have a Bizhub C552 that has a background at the beginning of the sheet, drums/devs has already been reviewed, transfer unit has also been reviewed and it does not seem to have anything unusual, any suggestion would be very helpful, i send a reference image.

If drum and development units ok, it could be the MFP board.

What does this mean "drums/devs has already been reviewed, transfer unit has also been reviewed"

So you replaced ALL image units & the transfer unit?

Review, I feel in this case means to look carefully at parts

visually doesn't mean they were checked mechanically.

IHMO visual inspections are good to only a certain point... then the real troubleshooting MUST take over.

Are those image units past life?
Did you check the TCR values in service mode? Should be around 7 or 8.

A visual inspection of a drum/dv unit will normally not reveal much......
