I believe we have the newer firmware that can do this but I'm not sure where the setting is. I logged in as admin and went to Network > SMB Settings and I thought it was under "Client Settings" but I'm not sure what to change to get it to scan to our server 2019 using SMB 2.0/3.0? Am I looking in the correct spot? Currently it's set to NTLM V1

Here is what I see on the ROM version page. I can switch it to NTLM v2 on the page in the screenshot above but not sure if that's the correct setting or not.

So under client setting change it to NTLM V2?
Well, if you want to force it to V2 only, then yes.

On the Konica's there is also a software switch setting for SMB:
For SMB you can verify what's enabled in Dip sw 219
Hex 00 enables SMB 1 & 2
Hex 04 enables SMB 2 only
