How to activate drum, fuser etc. counters

Hello.

We have a C224e which is not showing the counters for fuser, drums, and os on.
I just see the toner counters.

I know in the past there must bei a software switch to activate the maintenance counters.
Does anymody know how to do it?

Change dipswitch 227 & 230 from HEX 80 to HEX 0
