get a manual.. read the manual .. follow procedures for that error code..

you claim to be a tech.. what tech doesn't have a manual for the machine he's working on!?

I Follow The Manual as per manual i take all necessary steps but still same code

I changed M1 motor also change the fuser drive unit but still same as per manual its show transport unit failure
