Hi All.. Helping out a friend with a 7255 that is jamming under the drum unit. Paper gets about 2 inches past the sep block and comes up with a J31-02 jam.
It looks like there is a part missing on the front side of the Drum shaft that couples the drum to the shaft and gives it its drive. A screw hole is on the shaft and I believe that is where the coupler is screwed into to give its drive. Can anyone provide me with the part number of the drive coupler..It would be greatly helpful.
