konica 224 error c-d38b

A customer tells me they have the error c-d38b
exists? in konica minolta 224

I did not find anything in the service manuals
does anyone know what it refers to?

Customers miss quote errors all the time. I couldn't find any info neither.

Hi, I can't find any matching code. Are you sure this is correct?
Maybe CFD38 or CFD3B. If the answer is yes, then it could be the Dual Scan or UK-209 card connections if installed.

it looks like it's just c -D38B

and the copier restarts by disconnecting and reconnecting the power

Errors with the initial D are related to the HDD, MFPB or other board.

I suggest turning off the HDD and watching the changes. Maybe change the SSd.

this is mena trouble with NVRAM module. change SSD board on new or working used. change and write firmware.. thats all
