i series reset tools

HI tsbservice,

One C250i has issue that boot up only 25%, later on I will take CPUB and SSDB for testing.
I consider when CPUB is not relative with this case, I can initialize it with this tools like the procedure on previous 4e series.

Change the STRB and update the firmware to G00- B6

Since I tried the following :
- Enter the tech Rep mode by reset key + main SW on
- Enter the load FW mode by stop key + main SW ON

They all display 25% boot up screen with black dot only, so I'm not sure the condition of CPUB is ok or not.

With the iseries you use the small button behind the control panel to load firmware.

one way to test storage board is to remove it and see if it will load firmware. it wont load controller though

and the 8 series reset tool is used for i series as well

Yup, I really use this way attempt to load the B6 firmware.
However, it stay on 25% boot up screen with up left corner dot only.
