Hi guys,
we currently have a Konica Minolta C308 at a customers that is doing the below:
CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW, BLACK, HALFTONES.47059
47060
I have pulled out all the developing units and the only thing that was out of place was the cyan developing unit which has turned black. The machine is on the latest firmware, has about 150k on the machine, i am possibly suspecting replacing the HV board, but before i attend does anyone else have any suggestions?

sorry i forgot to mention the TCR levels are also at:
TCR-C - 0.00
TCR-M - 6.40
TCR-Y - 6.32
TCR-K - 0.00
i did try to bring these levels back up but they wont budge, i have checked the plate above the developing units duct is moving as it should.

Pop the white collars off the front of the toner hopper suspect c and k may be blocked which would explain low TCR values and cyan dev being drained of colour

If there was any technical intervention on the drums, I recommend checking the fit of the load rollers. They can consume all the toner if it is bad contact.
Leeds, cool city, I stayed there in a very funny/awkward hotel near the train station once^^
Seems the cyan DV unit has been drained due to a faulty drum unit or the HV PWB has gone bad.
When the C308 series was new we had a few cases with DV drainage as well -almost no clicks on the counter and the waste bottle was
heavy-weighted because the dev went in there.

HV board is the main suspect. It will suck all the toner from DV unit but not developer. DEV-C unit is left only with developer which is of black colour. It s not turned black, only cyan toner is gone.

I'm not completely sure I understand what you are saying here, but regardless, the C308 doesn't have coronas, it has charge rollers in the drums.
