getting random C9401 codes, seeing in trouble history, other day scanner was disabled, turned off and on everything restored and works, the code is inconsistent, I see exposure lamp and CCD as possibilities

On previous generation it was the ccd and the cable plus latest firmware. Quite expensive. I would remove the ccd cable 1st and reform/stretch it. May just do the trick.
