    [Error Code] km c-9401

Hello group, can someone help me, I have an error code c-9401 in km c258, I have already tried everything changing scanner, ccd, borad, but the error continues, I investigate here in the forum a user says that I only load the firmware GC3-S1 and SSLv3 version and I solve the problem, can someone help me with that version since I only have the A7PU0Y0-F000-GXX-B6., or I can do file exchange, I have firmware from xerox and konica minolta

Some of these machines are more sensitive than others, if you are near any strong light source, either move the machine or dim the light. We had one we fought for weeks including changing every part related to scanning, firmware and SSL settigns. Turned machine 90 degrees and problem never coame back. E

Yes, I have already changed the light socket, I have already done everything, even I only need to update the firmware, but as I mentioned, I only have this model A7PU0Y0-F000-G00-E1.exe
