Has anyone had any experience with a c-0213 code on the c6500? It seems to pop the code when feeding heavier glossy stock from trays 4 & 5. The paper stops before it gets into the fuser. Since other stock seems to feed fine I have ordered new feed and pick-up rollers. Does anyone have anymore advice for me ? TIA

Thanks for the reply. I just tried to find the part in my manual and couldn't find it. Could you tell me where it is in the parts book or machine? Sorry but I don't have much experience with these. Thanx Totoro

Hi Guys,

I have ordered the parts you suggested. I didn't mean to sound as if I doubted you as to what to change, I just literally didn't know where these parts where to change them. I only have 1 of these machines in my territory so I have next to no experience with them. I'll try to find them in the parts manual. Thanx for eveything !!

Try with spaces between "A03U 9095 02" or after its name "PAPER EXIT GEAR /5 40T"

Hi Guys,

Thanx for all who helped me on this.I changed the gear and the 0213 code went away. The gear is on the exit ass. and what a bear it is to take the finisher and RU unit off to get to. Now I am getting what looks to be an intermittent stall. The paper looks like it has been stalled in the fuser. On a 12x18 sheet it is buckled about 8inches down and again about 12-12 inches down. Would this be one of the 1 way gears on the frontside of the fuser? Has anyone seen anything like this? TIA
