Ecosys 3645idn with strange message [Archive]

Hello,we dont have many of these out. When customer goes to print there is a message in the driver that says This printer wont be supported after december.I have not seen this message before and can not think what it means,or why?Anybody have any idea on this one? Thanks for your help.

Is the printer configured for Google Cloud Print by any chance? Google Cloud Print will no longer be supported after December.

Google cloud print would make sense but they are not using it.

Are they using the Kyocera driver from Kyocera's site or are they using the generic driver that windows 10 loads?
