Hi Guys,
any solution for c364e after printed 6/7 pages, it will become blur for the rest of the print job?
sample as attached. already change dr512k, dv512k, transfer belt unit, problem still the same.

You'll need different pictures, the attached ones are so small can't make out anything in them.

can you try running multiple halftone test pats in service mode?
then post a full size crappy one, its easier to identify componant issues.

Agree with BC check K developer unit drive solenoid. It's behind PWB box and few pieces of electrical tape may be enough to keep it working until replaced(or forever).

yes, done that.
this problem happen after i have change the dr512k,dv512k and take out the ITB to service.
before service, everything is just fine.

Hi, u mean the drive clutch? what is PWB box? is it the waste toner box? refer to the picture, is it the clutch u mentioned.

It isn't clutch it's solenoid. SD4 on that picture.

Thanks for the correction, tsb. It is the developing solenoid SD4 as seen in your illustration. And the PWB box that they are referring to is the metal cage containing the circuit boards on the rear of the machine. If you not very confident you should get a professional to do it. =^..^=
